Rong Wang is a New York-based writer, scholar, educator, and interdisciplinary artist/designer. She is a current MFA candidate in creative nonfiction at Columbia University. Her work ranges from art criticism to experimental nonfiction. She is currently working on a hybrid theoretical-personal book-length essay on reasoning and feeling, examining Western intellectual history as well as her personal relationships with the two modes of knowing.
Professionally, she has previously served as the Director of ROSEGALLERY. She holds a BFA in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design and an MA in Experimental Humanities and Social Engagement from NYU. More information about her professional experience can be found here.
